Agreement to terms
Wunder Street is a product of Casper Werke LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Wunder Street (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) with Casper Werke LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Services
Wunder Street provides tools to plan trips, organize itineraries and documents, and share selected information with others. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of law or third-party rights;
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach security or authentication measures;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users’ access;
- Upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes intellectual property; or
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services except where permitted by law.
Third-party and reference data
The Services may include reference information related to theme parks, venues, or attractions. That information is provided for convenience, may be incomplete or outdated, and is not official information from park operators. Wunder Street is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney, Universal, or other park operators unless expressly stated. Hours, policies, and offerings change; always verify details with official sources before making plans or purchases.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.
Paid features and billing
If you purchase paid features, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout or in your account. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we specify in writing.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law or protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, except that you or we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
